Our cancellation/reschedule policy is 48 hours. If you do not cancel or reschedule before 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged the full price for your appointment which can be viewed when you book

New client assessments who do not show up or who cancel will be charged THE FULL AMOUNT for the appointment

You MUST complete the new client paperwork found by following the links below PRIOR to your appointment. If you do not, time will be taken from your treatment to complete it

If you have not been to see us for 6 months or more, you must have a New Client Assessment visit again.
