I am an expert level therapist that has been taking John F. Barnes Myofascial Release courses since 2014. I have utilized his principles and techniques since day 1 of my first class. This is authentic healing and a true picture of what healthcare should look like, treating the whole body and mind. I have been a licensed Occupational therapist for 20 years and also have a Master's degree in Adult Education, as well as 20 years practicing and teaching yoga. I also have certification to teach English as a Second Language. I have worked in various healthcare settings, with ages from 2-102 and also spent 3.5 years working for the National Health Service in London, England. I am the Practice Manager for our Bradenton location. I was introduced to this amazing and healing work in 2014 while taking MFR1 and have since utilized this practice in multiple areas from the home health occupational therapy sector to peer study groups to one-on-one treatment sessions. I have been an occupational therapy assistant for 15 years with my Associates of Science in Occupational Therapy Assisting and Associates of The Arts in Healthcare Sciences.
